Change of Mind
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please:
- Email us the first instance within 14 days of taking delivery.
- Receive confirmation authorisation from Purestream Water Filters *before* returning any items.
- Organise return of products to our nominated postal address. Please note our warehouse is not open to the general public, and all items must be returned via the original delivery method (eg: Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, or Star Track Express).
- If received undamaged in original condition within 30 days of receipt we will issue a full refund, (excluding any initial delivery charges).
- Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- The cost of returning the item to us in original, undamaged condition is your responsibility.
Note: To qualify for our Returns Policy, all products, including complete water filter systems and replacement water filter cartridges must be in new, unused condition and be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to health and safety reasons), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
Damaged or Faulty products
Should one of our water filters arrive damaged* or faulty*, we will gladly replace the unit or, if preferred, issue a full refund. We will also cover all delivery charges in relation to return of damaged* or faulty* goods.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
* Damage that will effect the filters performance. Minor damage such as scratches, or surface imperfections that clearly will not effect performance will not be covered under this warranty.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business hours.
However, there may be some delays particularly due to seasonal demand, and after holiday periods (Christmas, Easter etc) as we process a larger than normal volume of orders.
Please know that we will always do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible and, if you've ordered online, you will receive email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Purestream Water Filters prides itself on over-delivering so, in many cases, replacement cartridge orders will be shipped same day or the following day. Most large unit orders are sent by Fastway Couriers or Star Track Express, with overnight delivery to Sydney, 2 days to Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. Adelaide deliveries may take 2-3 days, whilst deliveries to Perth take approximately 5-6 days.
