    This is an excellent filtration process. The company is very helpful and available if there's any issues. The only problem for me is that it's extremely fiddly to change the packs. A very competent friend does it for me and he also struggles. There is an upgrade which I may consider in the future.

    A tricky install

    The cartridges arrived and then I had fun trying to work out what went where. I did not find the instructions very clear or detailed enough. My daughter and I eventually managed to work it out though we had leakage at first and had to find out where the problem was. I am very happy with the product it was just putting it all together was the problem
