Great product arrived on time. Easy to instal once you worked out that you needed to remove the two white plugs on either end of the top filter. Would have been so much easier to know this beforehand. Lucky for us our daughter worked it out.

I am very happy with the product and water – as well as the phone service/response – however the mechanics of this unit are far beyond me, and it would be much better if there was a local service agreement which could be used to update, service and manage the change-over of filters and could maintain the pressure requirements.
