Undersink Reverse Osmosis

This heavy duty undersink reverse osmosis system ensures you always have pure sparkling water

This system is installed under the sink and water is accessed through a separate faucet on top of the bench.

The unit quietly and automatically produces pure water and shuts off when tank is full without wasting water. The unit comes complete with an 8 or 11 litre stainless steel storage tank, which incorporates a food grade bladder to store the pure water prior to use.

When required, pure water is drawn from the storage tank and receives a final polish from the Purestream chemical reduction cartridge just prior to drinking, ensuring only the best tasting, pure drinking water for your good health.

Premium Undersink Reverse Osmosis

This is recommended if space is available.Requiring a height of approx 45 cms. minimum, preferably full cupboard space with the unit attached to the side wall approx. 4 inches from the bottom to allow clearance of housings. Maintenance of this unit is simply with a cartridge spanner provided to allow easy removal of housings. Some access is needed to change final post filter so not recommended to be mounted too high up on cupboard wall, unless allowance is made to remove unit from wall for maintenance. Replacement cartridges are also more economical.

Compact Undersink Reverse Osmosis

When height is not sufficient for premium model, this compact model only requires approx 10" and can sit on a bench or attached to side wall. Using Omnipure inline cartridges, cartridge maintenance can be a little fiddley first time.

Storage Tanks

Both 8, 12 & 18 litres are available. Selection will be dependant on large or small family and limited undersink space. More information here.

To Alkalise or Mineralise?

Also available with the option to include a remineralising cartridge or remineralising/alkalising and oxygenating cartridge.

The differences between the pi-alkaliser and mineraliser are as follows:

  • Raises the pH to about 9.0-9.5
  • Remineralises the water
  • Oxygenates the water

  • Raises the pH to about 7.0-7.5
  • Remineralises the water

  1. The pH of a standard RO is slightly acidic, at about 6.5.
  2. The mineraliser cannot oxygenate the water because the property which oxygenates the water also has an alkalising effect.
